Staff are super nice and easy to chat to, with attention to details and willing to help with anything! Food is delicious and served on time. Loved authentic local way of cooking clams, oyster, fish cake, Pho (noodles) etc. Diner follows 8 courses, with a great mix of selection and yummy dessert. Happy hour drinks is also a delightful variety of choices ~20 cocktails made at bar. Halong Bay is definitely a stunning place to visit. All basic activities on and around boat is provided, on time and safely. Venus stayed in Lan Ha Bay quiet area. You don’t see another cruise next to you. So it’s quite enjoyable for peaceful night or morning time. We took return shuttle service offered by Venus. Quite well organised and going through toll way (so quicker) and seats are comfy to fall asleep in.

Really good ship very comfortable rooms and the food and dinning area were lovely. All the food was really tasty and lots of choice. The 2 day trip is definitely worth it the day trips on the second day were the best part we really enjoyed the trip to Cat Ba island and you get to see so much more of the bay. The staff were fantastic really good English language skills all really helpful and friendly. John in particular was amazing. Always so happy and smiling and looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble we were so well looked after

I chose this ship because of the tasteful decor and newness! Rooms are just as spacious as pictured! The lunch buffet was great w/ a variety of yummy options and tropical fruit! Not much interaction with the staff, except with our server John, who was friendly and attentive! I have done 2 of these cruises over the years, and we moored somewhere near the floating villages that was more interesting to kayak to and actual cave exploring on foot after being rowed by a local...

We had an amazing time on the Venus Cruises. The booking process was very smooth and easy thanks to Johe who was very helpful and responsive to all my question. It was a very luxurious stay onboard, our room was so spacious and beautiful! I like the most huge swimming pools - impressive compared to other cruises. The staff on board were excellent and helpful and the food was great and facilities were brilliant. The whole boat was spotless. Happy is a great cruise manager - Mr. Vinee + Tuen - Not sure about his real name, he is a character and makes sure everyone is having a great time! Definitely recommend Venus to anyone visiting Ha Long bay Will bring my family back next Summer^^

All the food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly & helpful….especially Harry & Tomy were great ,Owen and Kenny were fantastic . The person who took us on the speed boat (can’t remember his name) to the village etc., was knowledgeable. He did his job well. The accommodation was excellent, has to be seen to be appreciated. We enjoyed the trips & the activities. We had a wonderful time on the cruise. Thank you Venus .

The rooms were very spacious, bathrooms were fully equipped, spa and a shower with a full length window to take in the views as you shower. The wide windows to take in the views, very comfortable bed. Food was great with a good variety of dishes, staff were helpful and friendly.

The stay on this cruise exceeded our expectations! The stuff was really amazing and very helpful! Food was also great and rooms were in great condition. I strongly recommend it to anyone! It was a high point of our holidays in Vietnam!
